Your First Steps Into The Salon
When you walk through the door you'll be greeted by either your stylist or our assistant. Arriving early to your scheduled appointment will give you time to enjoy one of our premium drinks or scrumptious snacks while we get ready for you.
We pride ourselves on running on schedule because we know YOUR time is valuable, so while you're waiting, sip on some coffee, tea, or wine in our cozy waiting area and take in the sights and smells of your new salon home.
The Consultation
You'll notice during the scheduling process there was a consultation form that we had you fill out. We'll sit down and chat about everything on that form plus more. We'll talk about your hair dreams and worst nightmares, and take a look at some inspiration photos so we can get an idea of the things you do, and don't like.
After we have a clear insight into our goal for today's appointment, we'll walk you through what's obtainable, our gameplan for today and future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.
Making Magic Happen
Once we have a detailed gameplan in place, we will get to work! Every step of our lightener formulas include a bond builder to protect, strengthen, and improve the color retention of your hair. We'll record all processes and formulas in our notes so we can recreate all that you love and continue to perfect your color palette time after time. Working one on one or with help from assistants allows us to deliver intricate dimensional techniques and/or extension makeovers that Pinterest hair dreams are made of, while getting you out the door in a jiffy and onto your girls night out!
